*My hope is that you will come with a desire to dig into the Word, respond to some tough questions, allow yourself to be vulnerable, and leave yearning for more of Him. My prayer is that you will be encouraged, inspired, challenged and blessed by the lessons, passages, prayer and quiet time, and of course the fellowship and camaraderie of other women.
I am so glad you happened upon my website. I don’t believe it was an accident because I know how God orchestrates our lives. So, with that said let me share a little bit about myself.
I am not a woman that has had the perfect life or walked the perfect path following God. That is not my story. I am actually the woman whose life is made up of mistakes and blessings, joys and sorrows, ugliness and beauty. I am the woman that never thought God would choose to use, but instead I am being told to take all of my experiences and lessons and use them for His glory.
After 40 years of praying, God gave me the desires of my heart and I became a wife. I know, without a doubt, that He said “no” every year because He wanted to prepare me for this moment. I was a teacher, school counselor, and out-of-wedlock mother, but now I am a writer, encourager, and sower. God is calling me to keep it simple, and through my words and women’s retreats I know I have been called to plant the seeds He places in my heart. He will do the rest.
